FAQs

Do you have operating restrictions in place due to COVID-19?

Yes, we are following government regulations closely and the safety of our staff, customers and local community is our highest priority.

We have lots of measures and procedures in place to protect everyone:

  • We are currently open for dine-in (with social distancing measures and increased cleaning) and ask everyone to sanitise their hands upon entry
  • Dine-in customers are limited to groups of 10 people for 90 minutes
  • We have digital menus available and our physical menus are cleaned regularly
  • All cutlery and condiments are cleaned between customers and not available at communal stations
  • We have contactless ordering and card payment available
  • We have introduced online ordering to minimise wait times for take-away

Can you cater to my dietary requirements/allergies?

Absolutely, our menu has lots of different options for people with all kinds of dietary requirements and allergies. Most dishes can be adjusted to suit your needs, but please advise staff of any allergies when you order. We’ve also included our vegan and gluten free favourites on our menu to make it easy!

Please note, peanuts are used extensively in our kitchen, so while we do our best to cater for everyone and prepare your meal to your specifications, we can’t guarantee our dishes will be free of peanut traces.

 

Are you dog friendly?

We love dogs and welcome them at Pilgrims Bronte. We ask you to keep your dog on a lead and that you dine at one of our outdoor tables.

 

Can we bring kids?

Yes! We are all about family and have a Kids Menu for little ones.

 

Do you have space for prams?

Yes, we have tables with room for prams.

 

Do you have high chairs?

We have multiple high chairs available.

 

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and we have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

 

Do you have a dress code?

 No, come straight from the beach or dressed for dinner – it’s up to you and we welcome everyone.

 

Do you have parking?

There’s free street parking available on Macpherson Street, St. Thomas St and side streets in the area.

 

Can we BYO?

We are fully licensed with beer, wine and cocktails on offer – no BYO is permitted.

 

Can we bring a cake?

Sure thing, just let us know before you come in. A small fee applies per person.

We also have candles and sparklers for special occasions, and our team loves singing ‘Happy Birthday’!

Can I make a reservation?

Breakfast & Lunch

We’re currently taking reservations of 6 or more for breakfast or lunch Monday-Thursday, and for groups of 10 on Friday-Sunday. Please contact us to book.

Dinner

Dinner reservations are available for groups of any size on Fridays and Saturdays, and can be booked on our website – just click ‘Reserve Now’.

 

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

We have gift vouchers available to purchase in store. Online gift vouchers are coming soon!

 

Do you host group functions?

We’d love to host your group – please give us a call to chat about your function as our current capacity and group booking size is dependent on government restrictions due to COVID-19.

 

Do you offer take-away or delivery?

Both! Click here to order take-away. We currently offer Delivery via UberEats, with more delivery options coming soon.
